This company was asked to replace a lock on a garage with an electronically closing roller door. Result: roller door no longer functions and from the quoted €130 it became nearly €500. Thank you very much! In response to your answer: the door drive was NOT replaced. A lock was supposed to be replaced. When I was shown the finished result, the door would not close during the demonstration. Since there was a new motorcycle in the garage, which was now accessible to everyone, I asked the colleague to check where the error lies. With all due respect to your colleagues' efforts, in the end, the door was still non-functional and the invoice amount had more than tripled. I will raise it to a maximum of 2 stars. But that's it.

Repeated request for the installation of smoke alarms in multi-family houses went unanswered for over 1.5 months. Then I accidentally reached the responsible employee, who hesitated and stated that they allegedly would not pursue the business further, as it is too time and cost-intensive. I can fundamentally understand that. But then one can also respond directly to repeated inquiries and communicate that, and this offer should also be removed from their website as advertising. It should also be noted that we as management sent the same inquiry to 3 competitors and received an offer within days.
